The company owns and organises ART X Lagos - the premier international contemporary art fair in West Africa. The debut edition of ART X Lagos in 2016 featured the works of over 65 artists drawn from 10 countries across Africa and the Diaspora, and welcomed over 5,000 guests.
TP-Collective also advises clients in its focus sectors, and has worked with ALARA (the luxury concept store created by Reni Folawiyo and designed by David Adjaye), Maki Oh (an artisanal fashion designer worn by the likes of Michelle Obama and Lupita Nyong'o), and 'Half of a Yellow Sun' (the film based on Chimamanda Adichie's novel, starring Thandie Newton and Chiwetel Ejiofor) amongst others.
The company was founded in 2012 and is led by Tokini Peterside. It is based in Lagos, the commercial and cultural capital of Nigeria.
